Graphic Design

Amasong will own the logo and the customized website theme, should it decide to purchase that add-on. The artist and programmer retain the right to demonstrate and promote the work as part of their professional portfolios. In addition, Amasong should consider publishing its theme under a Creative Commons license. This would provide a de facto marketing product that is likely to generate global attention among the Drupal community.

Custom Module Development

All custom module development is owned by the developer. All such work will be submitted to the Drupal community for maintenance. All submissions will be made under the name of the developer but will contain recognition of Amasong's sponsorship of the development.
